Priscila's journey into sustainability began with a transformative experience in the Amazon rainforest, where she witnessed firsthand the importance of community engagement in conservation. Inspired, she returned to Berlin with a new mission: to raise awareness about the Amazon and support those working to protect it. With a background in Business & People Management from Insper SP and over 10+ years of experience in people & project management across Brazil and Germany, she founded Ka'a Harmony Foundation to build bridges between Amazonian women-led initiatives and European partners.

Journalist graduated from the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM), Jakeline brings over five years of experience in press relations, writing and content production for social media, working alongside Civil Society Organisations focused on Communication for Development (C4D). A climate activist and advocate for a just energy transition, she brings both professional depth and personal commitment to Ka'a Harmony's communications work.

Alina has always been happiest surrounded by the great outdoors. A trip to the northeast of Brazil, where she encountered the fragile state of Recife's coral reefs, turned that love of nature into a desire to do more for the planet. At Ka'a Harmony, her work in digital communications and design aligns with her two deepest values, preserving the environment and supporting women-led initiatives that champion climate justice.
